What is reliance Jio? 

Reliance has launched its fourth generation wireless broadband service under the brand name, Jio. Its chairman Mukesh Ambani has laid out their plan to unveil a 4G mobile network in India Including making all voice call and roaming for free. •     Data must be afffordable : Jio will have a base rate which is 1/10th of market rates. 5 paise/MB and 50 for/1Gb internet. More you use the cheaper it gets " absolutely the lowest rates in the world" 

•     Pricing structure should be simple so just 10 tariff plans. So blackout dates.
